Maxraft is designed to provide warm, healthy and energy efficient homes from the foundation up.

A traditional foundation, causes what is known as thermal bridging* which actually aids heat to escape out of the house. MAXRaft® fully insulated foundations offer superior performance that is completely thermally broken**, resulting in consistent temperatures throughout your home with reduced cold spots, which optimizes energy efficiency.

The additional heat retained in your foundation allows underfloor heating to work up to 40% more efficiently and leads to a warm, comfortable living environment without that damp presence in the air.

MAXRaft® is fully engineered and suitable for most sites, so whether you are using a lightweight cladding, exterior bricks or stone cladding, they can come up with a solution for you.

FRICTION FIT POLYESTER INSULATION DESIGNED TO MAINTAIN OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE

NORTH AMERICAN REDWOOD — A STRONGER, MORE DURABLE CLADDING AND DECKING OPTION

North American Redwood is the newest timber product made easily and competitively available to the New Zealand market. Used successfully overseas for many years, Redwood is renowned for its beautiful rich colour, and a popular choice due to its strength and straightness.

Redwood is a cost-competitive option with all timbers in New Zealand, especially Cedar. It is a strong timber that stays flat and straight, with minimal warping, cupping or checking. It is durable and easy to work with, making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor projects.

Redwood is a natural, renewable resource and has a natural resistance to decay. A direct replacement for Cedar cladding that will look better and last longer, it also comes in a pre-primed bevel back option that can even be painted dark colours.

In its source country people actually pay more for this premium product than Cedar.
